Andrea is a seasoned real estate investor, analyst, and advisor with over 20 years of experience focusing on homebuilders and consumer real estate companies. She is currently a Managing Director at Whelan Advisory Capital Markets LLC, a certified woman-owned boutique investment bank and broker 

dealer focused on M&A and capital raising exclusively for the residential housing and construction industry. Previously, Andrea made her career as a Global Industry Analyst at Wellington Management Company, investing in global real estate companies, including both homebuilders and REITs, as a 

member of the Finance and Real Estate teams. She has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Arizona Eller College of Management and earned her B.S. from the University of Michigan and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. 

Andrea has led many successful transactions in the homebuilding, residential services, and single-family rental sectors, including capital raises for Resicap, HomeSource, and Onyx+Easat, the acquisitions of Windsor Homes, The Commodore Corporation, and CastleRock Communities. She is a frequent speaker at industry events in the single-family rental sector.
