Nathan Bruker

Head of Strategic DevelopmentCore Spaces

As Core Spaces’ Head of Strategic Development, Nathan is responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategies for both Student Housing and Build to Rent divisions to maximize asset value and investment returns, including direct oversight of the Built to Rent platform.  

Prior to joining Core, Nathan spent 15 years in real estate private equity, most recently as Managing Director at Prospect Ridge, responsible for sourcing and managing investments across both real estate equity and credit opportunities and as member of Investment Committee. Prior to Prospect Ridge, Nathan spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area (REPIA), where he was responsible for originating and overseeing more than $4.5 billion of real estate transactions across the United States and served as the Head of Student Housing Acquisitions and Head of Life Sciences/Healthcare RE Acquisitions. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Nathan worked at Tishman Speyer. 

Nathan serves on the Executive Board of Getting Out and Staying Out (GOSO), a Harlem-based nonprofit that seeks to reduce recidivism rates through job readiness and financial literacy programs. Nathan earned a bachelor’s degree in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from Yale University.
