With more than 40 years of experience in real estate and finance, including service as both CFO and CEO of publicly traded companies, Richard brings deep leadership expertise and a disciplined, long-term perspective to the housing sector. He has also served on the boards of multiple NYSE-listed real estate companies. Under his leadership, Quinn Residences has scaled rapidly while advancing a resident-first, sustainability-driven approach to modern rental housing.
